Privacy Policy

Short version: if you send us a message, we read it and reply. We do not build a mailing list, we do not profile you, and we do not sell anything to anyone. This page explains the detail.
What we receive
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is collected in the background.
Why we have it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who deliberately contacted us.
Who else handles it
The form is handled by Netlify, who also host this website, and the message is forwarded to our inbox. Our email is hosted by Proton. Neither is used for marketing and neither receives anything beyond the message itself.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in the inbox until the conversation is finished, and is deleted within twelve months at the latest. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.
What we never do
No newsletter. No CRM. No advertising or retargeting audiences. No profiling. No sale or transfer of your details to third parties.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors. It counts page views. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email us and it will be handled — no forms, no process.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, if you are in Romania, to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Who is responsible
